Ages 16+ Join us for a hands-on, empowering Women's Self Defense Workshop at The Jungle Movement Academy! This 2-hour workshop is designed to equip women with practical self-defense techniques that are easy to learn and can be used in real-life situations. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop will help you boost your confidence and awareness in a supportive, safe environment.

Ages 14+. Soar to new heights in this one of a kind workshop. Choose your favorite aerial apparatus and be manually lifted into the air by one of our experienced and strong coaches.
